Man can realize

Jai Sri Ganesha,
Sattva, Rajas and Tamas are three Gunas born of Nature the down the imperishable soul to Body,

Of these Sattva being immaculte, is illuminating and flawless, it binds throgh attachment to happiness

Rajas leads one to the truth of passion, as born of desire and attachments, it binds the soul through attachment to actions and the fruits,

Tamas, the deluder of all who look upon the body as self, born of ignorance that binds soul with errors,

Sattva draws one to joy and rajas for action and tamas impels one for error,

When light and discernment dawn in mind and senses is truth of Sattva,

When Greed and lust leads the actions, it is Rajas

When ego rules the whip, it is Tamas

Man can realize a bit alone, flow of nature leads spirit through its features so called Gunas,
