It is a day to recall the Glory of Lord Ganesha, that remover of obstacle and bestower of wishes,

Adoration of the lotus feet of Lord Ganesha on the day ensure safe passage in the whirlpool of Maya,

Beyond a limit, neither brother, father, mother, wife nor son, nor pride of birth, nor enormous strength helps but Lord Ganesha,

He who is worshiped as Sri Ganesha is not just a loving son of goddess Gauri and Lord Shiva but a truth which act as tangible support in the journey of spirit,

Worship of lord ganesha on this day brings fortune for life, sufferings take its rout out and celebration rout in life. Moon which rises late in the evening further ads to the glory of the day.
