Soul is unborn eternal everlasting and ancient. One needs to be regular in concentration unto self to reach at the ultimate truth. True identity of soul is supreme one not the body or identity given by the social sphere one belongs to.

To reach at the true identity one need to practice satsang. Real spirit for sat sang makes it to reach at. Indeed communion with saint is one of the best forms of satsang but matching the inner pitch with the celestial notes on the plane of heart is unique.

To attain the true wisdom of satsang, one needs to be good, practice fair deeds, be noble, be gentle, be generous and all these counts on the cord of satsang. Satsang with silent mode reflects best on the inner plane to reach at stage of self realization.

Miseries is said to be threefold as cause-
By intrinsic or mental conditioning, such as the predominance of bile or phlegm or desire or anger;
By extrinsic, natural influences-such as other fellow beings, inanimate objects or sick modes of social cord
By extrinsic super natural power
And to counter all that one need wealth of eternal truth. Wealth of truth can be added through varying virtues mode but satsang plays a vital role on the subject.

Importance of satsang is beyond measure to counter all ills and miseries of life. In fact most of miseries resistance from non acceptance state of mind and satsang streamline the mind at its perfect pitch to interact the subject at true pace.
