मन की गति से ही जीव अपने जीवन के मार्ग पर चलता है

मन की गति से ही मानव अपने संकल्प से युक्त हो जीवन की रूप रेखा से जुड़ता है

मन की गति में मानव के पुरुषार्थ का सत्य निहित रहता है

मन शिव संकल्पो से युक्त रहे इसी कारण ऋषि मुनि सत्य को ही जीवन का सार बना लेते है

संकल्प मन का धर्म तो है ही और कर्म भी है

आत्मा व् इच्छा एक स्थिति के दो रूप है

संकल्प के साथ ही इच्छा का समावेश है

इच्छा संकल्प की जननी है और सत्य युक्त इच्छा स्वतः ही शिव संकल्प युक्त हो जाती है

यह मन सदा ही शिव संकल्प से युक्त हो सिद्धि का कारण बने

सभी को शिव कृपा प्राप्त हो

Manas मन is the man, it manas that finds both Peace and the unrest,

Man lives on the pitch of Manas,

Desire manifest on the truth of Manas,

Man can train his mind or Manas through appropriate Yoga but truth of circumstances and positive perception skill matters the most,

Indeed recitation of Vedic verses may help but

It is not the prosperity of worldly objects or money but the truth of body mind and spirit matters the most in life for man that for Both worlds,

Shanti Path is a shelter to burning soul in journey_
The celestial bodies in the firmament exist in harmony-
Harmony permeates space, earth, water, herbs, foliage, bounties of nature, divine knowledge,
Harmony and harmony that harmony which indicate peace that eternal one through and through
Harmony be the personality of man on the planet

मन

Manas {मन} represents the soul in life in broad-spectrum, manas is the pace with which soul wish and tries to reach at.

Pitch of manas is most important factor in life, only optimize pitch of manas makes one to live a true life.

Low pitch of manas leads one to depression and high pitch on anxiety, indeed manas is influence by the environment but those practice yoga with truth make it to control it.

In day time it wonders like anything never comes home {to soul] but while in sleep it remains nearby and tries to pitch with dreams but in deep sleep it squeezes to self and paves the path for fair interaction with supreme spirit.

अविनाशी मन इन्द्रियों के मोह वश माया पाश से बंधा रहता है, यही माया पाश आत्मा के जीवन मरण चक्रव्यू का कारण भूत है यही मन जो इन्द्रियों के वशीभूत हो कर भाव पाश से बंधता है यदि शिव संकल्प कारी हो जाए तो भव पाश से मुक्ति का कारण बनता है

मन मूलत ह्रदय के दाई ओर अपनी सत्ता संभाले रहता है जबकि बाई ओर आत्मा का केंद्र बिंदु प्रत्यक्ष रूप से प्रकाशित रहता है अप्रत्यक्ष माया वेग इस मन को इन्द्रियों से बंधता है यदि माया वेग यही सत्य रूपेण हो जाय तो मन को अन्तेर्मुखी कर परिपूर्ण शिव-संकल्पकारी बनाता है

मन का शिव संकल्प्कारी होना ही परम सिद्धि का सूचक है सावन माह में शिव पूजा मन के कल्याण हेतु परम सहायक सिद्ध होती है

परमात्मा सभी पर अपनी दया दृष्टि बनाये
