spiritual practice
Physical exercise is must to maintain the true health status
to enjoy the life at its best, but to maintain the inner subtle pace one need
to exercise spiritual practice.
Physical exercise may have its limitation to circulate life
all over even the extreme but important junctions of body but spiritual
practice make it easy for physical exercise to access the all energy centers at
its optimize pace for better result and it is time tested.
Physical exercise imparts mental awareness where as
spiritual practice activates truth at core centre of mind for sharp focus and
concentration; spiritual practice helps one to establish broken links either of
this world or from the world other.
