Baisaakh, the most sacred month is going on, today is
Ekadasi of first half so called Barudhani Ekadasi.
Eleventh day from the new moon or full moon is known as Ekaadasi,
though the day belongs to Vishvkarama but known for the worship of Lord Sri Hari
Vishnu.
In the dark half of Baisaakh Month Barudhani Ekadasi is
celebrated for welfare of self at its ultimate mode. This special day is
dispeller of sins and giver of truth to soul, it enlighten the fate for both
the worlds.
Glory of this day is infinite like other Ekadasi, story of
king Mandhata is famous that how he easily attain the wisdom of heavenly joy with
just a mild prayer on this day with faith.
There are so Many ways to perform charity and all are
meritorious but donating food for life is very unique and it also makes ancestors or
departed soul contented and Kanya Daan is supreme among all form of charity which
write the script of ultimate liberation for sure and worship of Lord Sri Hari Vishnu on
the day with all purity makes one to attain the fruits of both, donating food
for life and Kanya Daan.
