Jai sri Ganesha,
O Manasa, addressing to self alone,

Concentrate unto self that to meditate unto truth that belongs to,

And to meditate it needs a wakeful conscious state to enter in the state of serenity for eternal cause,

Though there is no set rule or format to meditate upon yet  purity matters the Most,

To enter the wisdom of spirituality, it needs to meditate unto self through varying chapters available with,

Various options are available with man to chose from on the path of philosophy and religion yet truth rules the whip,

One cannot afford to react beyond capacity, it is fair all the way yet one needs to make a fair approach to make it,

On each and every step of life, it needs help from god, so is the truth unto meditation that enhance beauty of self with strength of truth,

Meditation is a path to pathway unto self, needs spirit to make it that to enters in the higher regions of self,
