and charity,

easy journey here after,
Amavasya represents
the darkness of night though the subject
relates to Sun, solar eclipse falls on Amavasya only, Amavasya is represented
by the Pitar Dev{god], presiding deity of departed souls, offering food to Brahmans
proves fruitful to attain blessings from Sir Pitar Dev, food that essentially consist
of Kheer{sweet rice that cooked in milk alone},
On Somvati Amavasya if one worship Papal tree at the bank of
any celestial stream or at temple makes one to attain repeated chance for prosperous
