Pitar Dev, though presiding deity of departed souls but very
helpful to soul in the journey of life,
Amavasya is the day of Pitar dev, but whole fortnight till Amavasya
of Ashwin month belongs to pitar Dev, and it proves most suited time for
worship of pitar dev and this is concluding Amavasya is falling of Monday so
called Somvati Amavasya making it most auspicious to pave the for success In
both the worlds,
Worship of Pitar Dev need no special effort, simplicity in
nature, purity at both ends and above all respect for Brahmans,
They who respect the Brahmans in pitar Paksha definitely
attains the blessings of Pitar Dev, and they who worship the True Brahmans in
life time pave the path for best here after is sure as per the version time and
ages,
