There are infinite challenges to man to make it in truth with self.
First and foremost is the lack of long-term goals,
External challenges differ altogether from inner challenges,
External challenges resort to gratifying self in the truth of ego and pleasure of senses, interchanges are to make it to the truth of long-term gain which requires an honest approach by resisting peer pressure and temptation of mind which can suitable be addressed through practice of concentration and meditation,
