Mind is a most sensitive eternal instrument that fluctuates very fast and causes unrest to even self,
Unrest track through mind to soul and create an indifferent aura of depressive points to trap self in depression,
Continuous failure and repeatedly being cheated by the trusted fellow beings fluctuate the mind at the indifferent pitch which mostly causes depression,
In the laps of nature, the man may recover fast, indeed favorable change act as an antidote, pitch self at the breathing may act as immediate relief for short, once faith is lost through reason beyond control, depression routs in, let the faith manifest in truth with, Be optimistic to relates things positively to recover fast, in this transitory world nothing is here to stay for long, even it is a truth of depression it is bound to go, maybe a deep dark night but it cannot rule out the morning sunrise,
