Jai Sri Ganesha,
If mind is trained in true spirit to gather its strength and pin point on the target,

It truly act as searchlight to help the spirit to make it for eternal cause,

Instinctive power rest with mind in automatically and one needs to revoke that truth to make it,

Initially small efforts paves the path, then truth of meditation put the pace to that search light,

No one is competent enough to make use of full strength of mind, majority of inhabitants make fractionally unto it just to feed survival,

But it is power of the mind which can reveal the truth soul keeps quest for,

Body factors that five mains influence the pitch of mind and sky rules the whip,

Body that tune up with practice of optimize diet value and rejuvenation with posture module that yoga, may help one to reach at those orbits of mind which may pin point the things as a mystic truth,

Mind is even more than the truth of sky, ocean may have the limit of depth but mind,
