The gods, demons, human, Nagas, birds, spirits, manes, Ghandharvas, kinnaras and giants equally celebrate this truth that known in the name of Maha-Shivratri

 Lord loves devotees whosoever it may, Lord accept the oblations irrespective of merits, Lord impart blessings for eternal joy, peace and bliss,
