Today it is very auspicious day of the journey of Sacred Kunbh being the a day for a pause that to relax and reclaim self in the lotus feet of Lord Parshurama, The great Brahman, The great Warrior, The great truth ever manifested to help the Brahmans, Indeed Incarnation of Lord Sri Hari Vishnu,

Sri Akshay Tithi will enter on the orbit of sky chart at around 5 PM today and will last till 2:57 PM Tomorrow, as per Shiv chart, it is Sri Parshurama Jayanti Today,

Sri Parshurama ji, a great devotee and follower of Lord Shiva, Though his graduation was inducted by his father, a great Sage Jamdagni yet Lord Shiva was his Guru all the way,

All the mystic skill provided to him by Lord Shiva on his eternal truth,

In his early boyhood, He had studied the Vedas, soon attained mastery in archery, his family was descended from Great Sage Bhrigu,

Sri Parshurama performed great austerity in Himalaya to please his master Lord Shiva, Lord award him his own Axe-then then he was simply Rama after attaining that mystic Axe so called Parashu and his name became Parshurama,

In that age class and cast struggling for power, this was not the limit, Brahmans and Kshatriya were too in struggle for the superiority,

Sage Jamdagni was slain by the sons of Kartavirarjuna, leader of Kshatriya, His wife that mother of Parshurama renuka struck her breast eighteen times before leaping onto funeral pyre of her husband as per then tradition,

Parshurama vowed vengeance eighteen times, though few ancient literature it speaks that he exterminating Kshatriyas twenty times,

Indeed he performed sacrifice to counter the past his this relevant deed In Kurukshetra that to absolve himself for that cause,

Indeed he prayed gods and manes at Kurukshetra, he distributed all the wealth he had amassed from his victories to Brahmans,

Indeed he was master of charity, his truth was for depraved and helpless, indeed he was great saviour,

His name alone with faith and reverence alone rescue one from the afflictions of Kaal,

In kali age too his presence can be experience through prayer, his might can be recalled for help with faith and reverence,

Obeisance to Lord Parshurama-the great saviour,

Obeisance to Lord Vishnu, Vishnu Vishnu Vishnu

Obeisance to Lord Shiva, Shivoham Shivoham Kevalam
