Jai Sri Ganesha,
As per Lord Sri Hari Vishnu for the man on the cross road,

Let the scriptures  be your authority in deciding what ought to be done and ought not to be done-heaving known what is ordained by the scripture one should act accordingly,

Man needs to know that body may be weak but not the soul, true existence even in the plane of mundane world is of soul,

One cannot afford to yield cowardice, it is beneath, soul is meant ascend , hake off this weakness and engage in struggle to prove self on the path of truth in the journey of life,
