Jai Sri Ganesha,
Man can see himself only in the mirror, an extra add on for the purpose,
To have a fair glimpse on one's own inherent self, it needs too extra add on,
And that add on is knowledge in the form of Atman Jnana, as Atman is not a subject of vision but a truth of realization through subtle reality of respective knowledge,
The very first step towards it, is truth of realization in and around, then to follow the pitch of breath to reconnect self with aura of Jnana that exists within self, it may take time to make it feasible to reach at till one attains to the truth of sanctification,
