Jai Sri Ganesha,
Body-conscious is a common phenomenon for all creatures, and it causes mortality in truth with cycle of transmigration,
But for men, the task is tougher than apart for body consciousness unto the subtle state of self is a must,
Without which the human birth may go futile in all respects,
Body-conscious is a must to a limit to sustain oneself in spirit with good health yet it is a path to mortality but consciousness unto subtle reality may make an individual sublime to untie the knots of mortality,
