Today-It is First Monday of the Sacred Saawan, So called सावन का सोमवार,

Monday belongs to Moon, the one that placed on the forehead of lord Shiva,

Moon rules the truth of Manas the close associate of Soul,

Blessings of Moon relates the joy in life,

Presiding deity of the Monday is Mother Gauri,

They, who worship Lord Shiva on Monday attain blessings from goddess Gauri Too,

Even otherwise, it is a universal boon that exist from the time and ages that whosoever worship Lord Shiva in Monday of Saawan will attain blessings for favours in marital life and truthful relationship ship,
