Irrespective of age, human beings are gregarious by nature and in old age this nature put man on back foot because of its compromising mode on varying aspects of life,
Even in youth age lack of healthy company may cause depression,
But they who associate self with yoga through varying available means enjoy the company of time and nature to kill the points of depression manifest at varying junctions of life,
Realize and love the nature is really meaningful positive step towards neutralizing points of depressions,
It is true that if spirit tracks the truth nature induce energy even in later part of journey, as with the rise of Sun consciousness manifest of its own so is the case when love manifest in heart for nature,
