When a man miss the requisite pitch of pace in life, mind follows the pursuits of depression that low scoring points at mind which distant self from joy and peace, there is no specific one reason for it, it is a fact which left apart the man midst of his own fellow beings either on the cord fear of losing possessions or hurt by resultant of repeated failures or followed deep till heart by unfulfilled desire, deadliest point of depression never strike against the old and lonely one but with at high pace of life with hidden heights on ambitions, person with points of depression feel alone even midst of crowd with hidden fear as prime possession, it is a state when one lose faith in self and to recover from this deadliest chapter of life, one needs to express self to self with positive smile to induce faith in self, yoga and meditation may help one to recover self but establish faith in mercy of God may prove to be a milestone unto subject,
