Jai Sri Ganesha,
It is a universal reality that fire naturally rises and water naturally descends. The falling of water brings life in its various forms, but this could also be a form of bondage for the free spirit. In contrast, fire, in its subtle reality, could represent a truth of liberation,
The analogy of fire is very helpful in understanding the nature of the soul and the Soul Master. It takes on a form according to time and conditions, but otherwise remains all-pervading in a formless state.
In its sustaining role, it has a unique function: to digest food and impart energy to the spirit, enabling it to carry on with life. Without fire, neither could food be cooked nor digested, revealing a subtle truth about its respective roles. Furthermore, fire helps reduce the body to ashes and facilitates the spirit's ascent to its respective realms.
It's time to align the subtle fire within ourselves with the subtlest fire of this sacred yajna to realize the truth of being the cause unto oneself and to continue the journey. As a matter of fact, there can be no true comparison with the all-pervading fire, yet drawing a parallel, placing the fire of the spirit and the yajna at a secondary level, may be helpful in understanding this subtle reality and updating oneself with this knowledge
Jai Mahade,
