Maha Shiv Ratri is on way on 2nd march-the day celebrated as appearance day of lord. No one knows the beginning or the end of his grace but fourteenth of the dark half of Phagun Maas is celebrated as appearance day of lord.

The whole atmosphere is charged with divine spirit and temples of lord are being decorated to host the event of the year. Devotees are rejoiced to celebrate the most auspicious day of the year.

Wings of illusion is so wide that no one is satisfied with his lot right from the insect up to the mighty rulers of the world; all suffer from one or other want and is the cause of unrest in life.

Dissatisfaction may have infinite reasons but it leads to pangs of want that cause disturbed state of mind which ultimate leads one far from the true self.

The dissatisfaction can never be vanishing until one attains the wisdom of light that gives the feeling of self at its true cord. It is feeling of true self that makes one contented. True name of lord makes one to reach at the wisdom of light that helps.

Thursday is the day of saints and sages; it is a day to remember the glory of Sat Guru that gives the light to dispel the dark of delusion.

Fear of death follows the life till last-men fear death as one fear to go in the dark. Dark represents the area one not aware of. If there is light any one can make a move.

Spirituality is that light which enlightens the other world and erases the fear of death.

It is a day to purify self through varying available means either defines pilgrimage or performing charity or holy dip in any of the celestial stream and service for the cause.

Glimpse of true saints adds to the glory of the day. Sandhya vandan indicates well for the spirit on this day. Chanting the name adds to the pace of truth in life.

Pleasure of the mundane world is perishable but the pleasure of eternal joy resulted from true love that divine one. Pleasure that one attain to please self from the cord of mundane existence is bound to cease but the pleasure one attain on making happy others in true spirit.

In broad classification heaven is taken for pleasure and hells indicate the plain but bliss is the subject above pleasure and pain.

So long one continues to seek perishable please, till then it is really hard to acquire perpetual bliss. The enjoyment of perishable pleasure turns stale and comes to an end; while God’s everlasting pleasure remains fresh and keeps increasing.

For a guru, there are no criteria that it must be living but it needs to be a living legend.

It has been said, Brahma is eternal, infinite and all knowledge. That effulgent and inconceivable being is very vast and at the same time subtler than the subtlest; is most distant from distant objects and so close beyond imagination.

That is hidden in the recesses of heart and any one that keeps longing for can make it to reach at. Inner self is as big as thumb but in not objected to material component is just a shadow.
