Food for subtle body at its primary stage is chanting the name in regular mode but nutritious food for subtle body is adoring truth unto self.

A large proportion of tamas with a slight admixture of rajas and antagonism everywhere are the effects of Kali Yug.

It is illusive potency of lord that creates the ages with their own merits but none age is as this as kali age, here by any one can cross over the ocean of transmigration just by muttering the name alone at right pitch.
